We are non smoking. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair access or children under twelve.

Tariff:

Prices are for Bed & Breakfast, based on two people sharing a room (minimum stay 2 nights between the beginning of April and the end of October).

Grand Room for two, with Private Bathroom
£90 per night
Single person occupancy: £70

Double Room for two, with Private Bathroom (Walk in shower, handbasin & loo)
£75 per night
Single person occupancy: £55

The Garden Suite for two, with Ensuite Bathroom and Private Sitting Room
£95 per night

Single person occupancy: £75

Terms and Conditions

We ask for a non transferable, non refundable 25% deposit to secure a reservation. However, single night bookings must be fully paid for in advance. 

We accept cheques in pounds stirling drawn on a British bank account, BACS transfers or cash (pounds stirling). Regrettably, we do not take cards.

We are accredited by Bed and Breakfast Nationwide and follow their cancellation policy as outlined below.
 
Cancellations must be made in writing 21 days before the booking date for a full refund, less the deposit.  If the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the start date of the booking, the guest is liable for the full amount of the booking.  However, if the room is re-let, we will refund any payments already made, less the deposit.
